Editorial Focus
The editors like stories with singular visions and points-of-view. They want the journal to be the home of fiction that challenges the reader even just a little bit, at least to the point of thinking about something in a new or different way. They’d like to sit somewhere between speculative fiction and literary fiction, taking aspects of both and creating something new and original. They like wild, out-there, high-concept ideas that are still very grounded in character.
